- Delivery time: 2-5 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding the day of collection, and the day of order, excluding holiday eves, holidays, Saturdays, and Fridays), according to the shipping company's policy.
- Delivery will be made via courier to your home or via self-collection.
- The site is not responsible for delays beyond our control (such as strikes, closures, wars, force majeure).
-If the customer is unavailable and the shipment returns to our warehouse, the customer must bear the full charge (35 NIS) for the additional delivery.
-Shipping cost: detailed at the time of ordering depending on the destination address.

5. Transaction cancellation and returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981:

- You can cancel an order before shipping and receive a full refund.
- Products can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging and unused, with the exception of underwear.
- A refund will be made less shipping fees of NIS 45.

- Replacing products involves a cost of 45 NIS, which can be done independently at no additional cost.
